4. Registration and Subscriptions

4.1 Registration

To access our services, users must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Neuronica offers two primary payment models:

  • One-Time Payment Plans: Direct purchase of our services. These payments are allocated to cover the costs of services once they become available.

  • Monthly Donation Plans: Affordable contributions that support research and development efforts.

Important Notes on Monthly Donation Plans:

  • Monthly contributions are classified as donations to fund ongoing research and development.

  • Donations are non-refundable and ensure the donor's place on the list of individuals who will be contacted when the technology becomes available.

  • Continuity in monthly donations is mandatory to maintain your position in the queue for future service activation. Lapses in donations may result in removal from the list.

  • An active life insurance policy is required, naming Neuronica Biotech as the beneficiary for the total cost of the selected plan. This ensures that the plan’s full cost is covered upon the client’s passing.

5. Life Insurance Policy Requirements

To participate in the Monthly Donation Plans, clients must maintain an active life insurance policy designating Neuronica Biotech as the beneficiary. This policy ensures that:

  • The total cost of the selected plan will be covered upon the client’s passing.

  • Clients have the flexibility to choose an existing policy, arrange for a new policy through a preferred provider, or select from one of Neuronica’s partnered insurance providers.

Conditions for Policy Validity:

  • The life insurance policy must remain active and up-to-date throughout the client’s lifetime.

  • If the policy lapses, is not renewed, or if the beneficiary designation is altered, the agreement with Neuronica Biotech will be considered null and void.

Neuronica Biotech collaborates with global insurance partners to ensure accessible and comprehensive coverage options tailored to the client’s needs. This innovative model allows services previously accessible only to an elite few to be extended to a broader audience.

6. PET Plan Requirements

The PET Plan is only valid when paired with an active Full Plan. A maximum of three PET Plans can be activated per Full Plan. These conditions ensure that the continuity and alignment of family plans are maintained.

The PET Plan leverages the same advanced technologies as the Full Plan, ensuring that animal companions are seamlessly integrated into the family’s cognitive and robotic continuity goals. The robotic bodies for pets will reflect market availability at the time of BMI integration and activation, with the aim of preserving behavioral patterns, physical characteristics, and interactive tendencies.

Details on PET Plan Activation:

  • The activation process is coordinated with the family’s onboarding to ensure consistency and support.

  • Adaptations for pets’ robotic bodies will prioritize safety, functionality, and a faithful representation of their previous physical and behavioral traits.

  • The PET Plan ensures pets are integrated into the family’s environment within the new colony or robotic ecosystem.

7. Cryogenic Preservation Disclaimer

Neuronica Biotech does not directly provide cryogenic preservation services. This service is managed by third-party providers and is not included in any of our plans. Clients opting for cryogenic preservation must arrange this service separately through approved partners or external providers.

Cryogenic Preservation and BMI Data Transfer:

  • If BMI technology becomes available while the client is still alive, Neuronica Biotech will implement BMI Data Transfer directly, without requiring cryogenic preservation.

  • If the technology becomes available posthumously, Neuronica Biotech will initiate the transfer process in collaboration with the cryogenic provider. The provider is responsible for maintaining the brain’s integrity under cryogenic conditions until the technology is operational.

  • The transfer of cognitive data from cryogenically preserved brain tissue will commence only when BMI technology has reached maturity, ensuring a seamless and ethical transition.

Neuronica Biotech collaborates with cryogenic partners to guarantee optimal preservation standards and readiness for BMI data extraction. Clients must ensure that their selected cryogenic provider complies with these standards to facilitate successful posthumous BMI integration.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees for Neuronica’s services are clearly outlined on our website. Payments are:

  • Non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise by applicable law.

  • Processed through secure payment gateways to ensure client protection.

Details on Payment Usage:

  • Monthly donations are directly invested into ongoing research and development initiatives. These contributions do not cover the costs of services, which are instead funded through the life insurance policy when the client passes away.

  • For one-time payments, the funds are reserved exclusively for covering service costs upon availability, ensuring no further financial burden on the client or their estate.

Interest and Financial Management:

  • If BMI technology and associated services become available decades or centuries after the client’s passing, any interest accrued from the paid insurance premium will be allocated to the client’s dedicated account. This amount will be claimable only by the client upon their activation in a robotic body and cannot be inherited or transferred.

  • Should the cost of services (as detailed on the Pricing page) decrease at the time of availability, the difference will be credited to the client’s account and made available upon their reactivation.

  • If the costs exceed the pre-paid amount, Neuronica Biotech will cover the difference, ensuring no additional charges are incurred by the client.

Neuronica Biotech’s commitment to financial transparency ensures that all contributions are used responsibly to advance BMI research and preserve the client’s legacy.

9. Future Service Activation

Neuronica Biotech remains committed to maintaining transparency and quality in service activation.

BMI Technology and Activation Timeline:

Neuronica will notify clients when BMI technology and associated services become operational. Activation timelines depend on the individual’s circumstances:

  • Pre-Mortem Activation: If BMI technology becomes available while the client is alive, Neuronica will proceed with the data transfer without requiring cryogenic preservation. The client will undergo BMI integration and robotic body activation within a controlled setting.

  • Posthumous Activation: If BMI technology becomes available after the client’s passing, Neuronica will collaborate with the designated cryogenic provider to ensure that cognitive data transfer is executed as planned. The integrity of cryogenically preserved brain tissue will be critical to the success of posthumous activation.

Key Considerations for Activation:

  1. Cryogenic Standards Compliance: The cryogenic partner must maintain the highest standards of preservation to ensure the success of BMI data transfer.

  2. Variable Timeframes: Activation may occur decades or even centuries after the client’s passing, depending on technological advancements and societal readiness.

  3. Robotic Body Availability: The robotic platform utilized for activation will reflect the most advanced options available at the time, ensuring compatibility and functionality.

  4. Client Communication: Upon activation, clients will receive a comprehensive briefing, detailing their robotic capabilities, societal context, and any available resources.

16. Financial Guarantees and Future Use

Allocation of Funds

  • Monthly donations are invested exclusively in BMI research and development.

  • One-time payments are allocated to service costs, ensuring no additional financial burdens on the client.

Client Protections

  1. Interest Accrual: Any interest earned on prepaid funds will be allocated to the client upon their robotic activation, deposited into a claimable account.

  2. Service Cost Variations: If future service costs are lower than prepaid amounts, the difference will be credited to the client. If costs exceed prepaid amounts, Neuronica Biotech will cover the difference.
