Pet Plan Overview
The PET Plan encompasses a comprehensive suite of services aimed at preserving, digitizing, and reactivating a pet’s cognitive and behavioral data in a robotic form, ensuring compatibility and continuity alongside the owner or family unit. The plan is designed with the utmost scientific rigor, incorporating state-of-the-art technologies in BMI (Brain-Machine Interface) Data Transfer, Robotic Body Integration, Space Transfer, Colony Onboarding, and Logistic Setups. This enables the pet to transition seamlessly into a new environment while maintaining cognitive familiarity and connection with their previous family unit.
What’s Included
1. BMI - Data Transfer: The initial stage involves transferring neural and behavioral data from the pet to a digital interface through BMI technology, capturing memory and personality traits. If BMI technology becomes available while the pet is still alive, this transfer is conducted immediately. If the pet passes before this technology is operational, data transfer will occur only if cryogenic preservation has been contracted. Such arrangements can be made with Neuronica Biotech’s cryogenic partners or with any external provider of the client’s choice.
2. Robotic Body Integration: Upon successful data transfer, the pet’s cognitive profile is activated within an advanced robotic body specifically engineered to replicate familiar characteristics, behaviors, and interactions. This body is customized to support the pet’s previous habits and needs, ensuring comfort and continuity.
3. Space Transfer: The pet’s relocation to an off-Earth colony will be executed in tandem with at least one family member within the associated Full Plan. This approach ensures that the pet is reintroduced into a familiar social structure within the space colony, optimizing psychological adaptation and environmental comfort. Space Transfer is carefully timed to align with the first successful onboarding of the primary family member to provide guidance and support in this new context.
4. Colony Onboarding: Upon arrival in the extraterrestrial colony, the pet undergoes a structured onboarding process, paralleling that of the primary family member. This ensures the pet’s successful reintegration and adaptation within the robotic colony environment. Colony Onboarding may include personalized interaction protocols to reinforce the pet’s connection with their family unit and establish a familiar routine within the colony.
5. Logistic Setups: A customized living environment is prepared for the pet within the colony, adapted to meet its robotic physicality and behavioral needs. These logistic setups ensure that the pet’s space is familiar, secure, and integrated within the family unit’s living arrangement, facilitating continuity in lifestyle and providing a supportive atmosphere that respects the pet’s established habits and routines.
Contingency and Activation Provision
In cases where BMI and other necessary technologies become available after the pet’s passing, data transfer and reactivation will proceed only if a cryogenic preservation arrangement was in place. The additional cost of cryogenic preservation is not included in the PET Plan; instead, the entirety of the cryopreservation process, including both freezing and storage, is managed by external partners. Neuronica Biotech offers preferred rates with globally recognized cryogenic providers and supports the option for clients to engage with other cryogenic providers internationally, including any pre-existing or subsequently established cryogenic arrangements at the client’s discretion.
For all PET Plans activated before BMI technology becomes operational, Neuronica Biotech will initiate BMI Data Transfer at no additional cost once the technology is available, ensuring that the pet’s cognitive and behavioral data are securely preserved. Other services—Robotic Body Integration, Space Transfer, Colony Onboarding, and Logistic Setups—will be activated post-mortem in coordination with the family member’s associated Full Plan and at no extra cost to the client, as these services rely on the shared support framework of the Full Plan.
Should BMI technology advance to enable data transfer from a cryogenically preserved pet, Neuronica Biotech will proceed with data extraction and reactivation in accordance with the PET Plan. The robotic activation of the pet will occur in conjunction with the onboarding of at least one primary family member to ensure the pet’s smooth reintegration within the colony environment. This sequence facilitates the pet’s adaptation, supported by the presence of familiar companions.
Neuronica Biotech will provide all necessary documentation authorizing its team to access the cryogenically preserved pet for data extraction. This authorization document must be notarized and filed with the chosen cryopreservation partner, ensuring compliance and seamless access when data extraction becomes feasible.
Insurance Policy Requirements
The PET Plan does not require an insurance policy with Neuronica Biotech as the beneficiary. Instead, eligibility for activation of the PET Plan is contingent upon the existence of at least one active Full Plan within the pet’s associated family unit. Each Full Plan can support up to three PET Plans, allowing families to preserve multiple pets as valued companions within the advanced robotic ecosystem.
